Meet Grant Masson of St. Louis Country Club

St. Louis Country Club is first and foremost a family club and Head Golf Professional Grant Masson sees promoting family golf as one of his core responsibilities.

By establishing active junior and women’s golf programs, Grant has laid the groundwork for families to share quality time, creating lasting memories and strengthening their bonds in the process.

As Masson told us during our recent visit to St. Louis Country Club, “We feel that if we get the kids out playing golf and the ladies out playing golf, the next thing you know, the family is out there enjoying this great game together.“

Grant grew up playing golf with both of his parents. The memories they shared and the values Grant developed through those experiences helped to shape his character and they now guide his efforts as a golf professional.

“Golf has so much to offer,” Masson explained. “Golf teaches you life lessons. If you learn how to play golf and you follow the rules and you follow the etiquette that golf instills, those are things that you can use in any facet of life.”

Thank you, Grant, for genuinely caring about others, sharing your love for golf and finding ways every day to bring people closer together through the game.
