I find that making adjustments in my round, especially on a crucial hole like the 18th, creates more problems. I like to keep my mind clear and approach each shot like it was something I've practiced many times before. Ball: ProV1 Club off the tee: GT3...trusty and it works Approach shot: long to mid iron T350, the ProV1 should give me enough bite on the firm green. I'll likely hit short of the green and let it roll on for a nice 2 putt win.
