Yesterday on 4/12/2026, I had my first ever hole-in-one and I used a Titleist ProV1! I played at my local hometown course called Whiteford Valley Golf Club. It was the Red Course and it was hole #13. I was playing with 16 of my buddies as we were doing a 2-man scramble. I was up first and I had about 15-20 mph wind at the back. It was pin high, 167 yards and I had a 9i in hand. I am a 12 handicap and when I hit my shot it was just perfect off the face. I use Cobra King Tour irons that I got fitted for two years ago. The ball kept flying on a great line and then it took one big bounce and started rolling about 40 feet and it just disappeared. I was in shock. We all were in disbelief and that is when we all were jumping with joy. I ran to the hole with so much adrenaline running through my body. As I slowly walked to the hole I was peaking from far but found the ball in the hole! All my friends from around the other holes all ran to me as we were all jumping and excited. I couldn't believe it. I told the Pro Shop that I got a hole-in-one and they told me that they will share the information with the local newspaper called the Toledo Blade. It was the best moment of my life and my dream. I have been using ProV1s for the last 3 years of my golf journey. I started golfing during Covid and got the addiction ever sense. I will forever use these golf balls! My photos of the group are not uploading but I would be happy to share them!

Blog Post: Titleist GTS2 and GTS3 Fairways Launch on Tour

The tour launch of Titleist’s GTS metalwoods family continues this week as the NEW GTS2 and GTS3 fairways begin their rollout across the worldwide professional tours. More than 40 players on the PGA TOUR have already put NEW GTS drivers in play since their debut three weeks ago at the Texas Children Houston Open — including Justin Thomas , who added his GTS2 model to the bag for the first time at the Masters. A week earlier at the Valero Texas Open, there were more GTS drivers in play (34) than any other competitor’s total number of drivers. Heading into the year’s first major, Cameron Young and Johnny Keefer expressed interest in getting an early look at the NEW GTS fairways. Both added GTS3 21.0° 7-woods to the bag; Keefer at the Texas Children’s Houston Open, Young on Thursday at Augusta National. Continuous feedback and collaboration with the game’s most discerning players is what drives Titleist’s product development process forward generation after generation. This week at both the PGA TOUR’s RBC Heritage and LPGA’s JM Eagle LA Championship, Titleist tour reps will be working with players as they test the new GTS2 and GTS3 fairways and dial in the top end of their setups. This process will continue over the coming weeks on professional tours and at Titleist’s tour fitting facilities around the world.

Blog Post: Titleist GTS2 and GTS3 Fairways Launch on Tour

The tour launch of Titleist’s GTS metalwoods family continues this week as the NEW GTS2 and GTS3 fairways begin their rollout across the worldwide professional tours. After this winter, using the 14 way divider of my winter bag, I got annoyed with my midsize and club tangle. So I’ve switched to a stadry 14 cart bag. What a brilliant bag and keeps me clubs easy acces. Would highly recommend this to others.

Forum Post: RE: Good start

Welcome back with lots of birdies

Forum Post: RE: Your Most Important Titleist Equipment at Augusta

Like many people here, I’d say my putter

Forum Post: TT Bag Tags

Are they still giving these out? The first on March 12th was on Hole 15, 144 yards from the white tee, where I used an #5 hybrid. The second on March 26th was on Hole 18, 112 yards from the white tee where I used a 9 iron. These were the first hole in ones that I have ever achieved in my life. My First Hole in One on March 12th I was playing 18 holes on March 12th with my golf partner Mike Hoffman. When we approached the 15th tee box at around 1:15 in the afternoon, I noticed that the 15th pin was directly behind the sand trap to the left of the green. I tee’d off with my 5 hybrid and aimed for the right side of the green to avoid the sand trap. It was a nice hit and once it was airborne, it started to hook to the left and landed on the green. As soon as it did it started to roll towards the pin. It kept rolling, and I commented to Mike, “Look! The ball is still rolling!”. Finally, it disappeared and I assumed it had rolled off the green to the left. As we approached the elevated green, I did not see my ball anywhere on the green and assumed that in fact, it had rolled down into the steep gulley on the left hand side. Mike and I proceeded to search for the ball in that area bit we could not find it. I commented, “I can’t believe that I have lost the ball on such a great drive!” Since we had another group waiting on the 15th tee box, we felt a little rushed to finish, so assuming my ball was now lost, I dropped another ball and chipped up to the green. Meanwhile, while I was doing this, Mike had putted onto the green and finished the hole by putting out. As he did so, he looked into the cup to retrieve his ball, and noticed that there was another ball in there. He said to me, “Did you play a srxn?” I responded, “Yes.” At that point Mike said, “You just hit a hole in one!”. I could not believe, and responded, “Holy Cow!!” This was the first hole in ones that I have ever achieved in my life!. Thank you Riverbend! The Second Hole in One - Two weeks later on March 26th I achieved a second hole in one two weeks after the first one on Riverbends’ Hole 18, 112 yards with a 9 Iron. The pin was at the front of the green. I hit a high shot heading straight for the pin, The ball bounced at the edge of the green and rolled towards the pin and we saw it drop in. My reaction was “I can’t believe this happened again!”. There are a lot of people here at Riverbend with handicaps that are half of mine, who have been playing golf for a lot longer and more frequently than I, who have never achieved a single hole in one. The fact that I have a high handicap and have achieved this two times in two weeks still amazes me. Thank you Titleist!
