Excellent day at the Tom Ladas annual golf outing. Knoll West Country Club. My original club selection on hole 6 from 135 was a PW but my friends suggested to club up as the wind was coming against us. This island-like green is surrounded by deep 15-20ft bunkers all around! My ball mark was 2 feet from the pin so it was as accurate as it can be!

Hole-in-one during golf league

I wasn't shooting the best round but came down to the last hole in league play, Mako #8 at Tiberon Golf Club (Omaha), a 155 yard par 3. I thougth I caught it a little thin with my 8 iron and was guessing I would land in the sand on the front left side of the green, but luckily just cleared the sand and jump up on the green, rolled about 50 feet and dropped. I still wasn't sure I beleived it went in until I actually saw in in the hole. Then spent about $150 buying drinks...seems like it should be the other way around [emoticon:752f32bcc91d4a448db162742a877a4a]. This was my second hole in one, the previous being in 2010 at Deer Chase GC at the Lake of the Ozarks.

Daughters first ace

My daughter (15) got her first ace at a local course yesterday! She only gets a month to play this year in between hip surgeries, but the excitement from this was amazing! I love being able to golf with my daughter and yesterday being part of her first ACE! Awesome! She already a golf addict and now that she got an ace she dreams golf.

First Hole-in-One after playing golf for 57 years

It was a fairly cool and breezing day at Eagle Brook. I was playing with my best friends on our Tuesday morning tee time. On hole #17, the wind was from right to left and helping slightly... The pin was behind the front trap, so we could not see the hole. My shot was hit well, a high 8 iron toward the right side of the green with a slight draw and also being pushed left by the wind right toward the flag. We saw the ball take one bounce near the pin and then lost sight of the ball. We just thought it would be maybe 5-10 ft away. As we got up to the green we did not see any balls on the green... That was odd since we knew it should be close. At that moment anticipation rose very quickly amongst my friends and me... I checked the hole and it was in! A great day for sure...! First Ever hole in one

It was literally the first swing I have taken with the new irons that I just bought from a friend of mine. Funny enough he was also playing with me at the time it happened. The pin was back left and tucked pretty hard against a bunker and water all down the left side. I hit a baby fade with my 8 iron to about 5 feet and it just disappeared. We sat on the tee box joking that it rolled off the green but as we got to the green, we didn't see a ball on the back side and sure enough it was in the hole.

I had just gotten paired up with three guys I’d never met before. You know how that goes — the awkward “what’s up,” trying to remember names, everybody acting chill but secretly judging each other’s swings on the first tee.

By the time we got to Hole 4, I was finally loosening up. It was a 153-yard par 3, pin tucked a little in the back. Wind was calm. I pulled my pitching wedge, and one of the guys kinda looked at me like, “PW from 153?”

I just smiled and stepped up.

The swing felt perfect the second I hit it. Pure contact. That soft click right out of the center. The ball launched high, dead straight at the flag. Suddenly everybody got quiet watching it.

“Go… go…” one of the guys said.

The ball landed about a foot past the hole, took one hop, spun back hard, and disappeared.

For a second nobody said anything because we couldn’t tell if it actually dropped. Then one guy started yelling, “NO WAY THAT WENT IN!” and we all took off toward the green.

I was trying to act calm, but my heart was pounding. Walking up to the cup felt unreal. Sure enough, we got there and my ball was sitting at the bottom of the hole.

First hole-in-one. 153 yards. Pitching wedge. In front of three random guys I’d met like 45 minutes earlier.

The craziest part was how fast everything changed. On the first tee we were strangers. By the time we finished the round, it felt like I’d known them for years because we kept replaying the shot over and over. Every few holes one of them would just randomly say, “I still can’t believe that thing spun in.”

Third Ace

I had my third hole-in-one yesterday, all with Titleist! My first was in 1991, second in 1993, then it has been a dry spell until 5/13/2026. Hole #8 at Jefferson Country Club in Blacklick, Ohio. We had a back nine start, so this was the 17th hole in a Better Ball match. We were 1 up after 16 holes and the ace closed out the match! Super fun way to end our match! Very windy day, so I hit a knockdown 8 iron into a stiff wind. My yellow ProV1X spun back and left to the hole.

Lighting strikes twice!

I consider my self blessed to have several aces but to have two on the same hole is something I never dreamed of. Came up to the short par 3 18th yesterday. Measured, aimed and fired. Played it off to the right as I naturally draw the ball and the wind was right to left and a little bit of hurt. Strike was good but I felt like I left it out right a bit so I was yelling to catch a piece. Ball lands on the green, spins left and just disappears! I’m looking at my buddy and asking him if it went in? He’s like “I don’t see the ball”. We drive up and walk over and sure enough, ball was sitting at the bottom of the cup. First one was almost 4 years ago. I’m still in a bit of a state of shock!

Mothers Day Hole-in-One

We reserved two afternoon foursomes at our club, but ended up with just my husband, two of our sons and their girlfriend and fiancé (who just rides and reads her book). Pro let us play as a five-some as it wasn't busy because rain was threatening. On hole 3, the pin was at the front and only 84 yards out from the ladies tee. Using a Titleist Velocity matte green and my attack wedge, I swung and hit the ball purely and it felt so good! The ball went high right at the pin and bounced in! It was probably one of the only times everyone was actually watching me tee off so we all saw it. There is that second or two where we all were just staring and wondering did that really just happen and then we all started jumping up and down and screaming. It was the best mothers day ever and I can't imagine a better scenario for my first hole-in-one, during a round with my husband and two golfer sons! My sons might be just a tiny bit bitter that I got my first before they did :-)

1st hole in 1

I was at the Boonville country club on 5/8/2026. The day after my 44th birthday for a scramble..

We came up to the famous 14th hole, known as the covered bridge hole. It was playing 135 but that day was very windy. Like 25 mph. My 3 partners all hit high shots that were caught by said wind and fell short. So, I’m like, I’m gonna try something here. I teed my Pro v1 up high and hit like a half swing knock down 7iron. I actually bladed the ball, but luckily it hit the bank of the hill the green was sitting on to slow it down and popped up on the green, rolled about 10 feet and the ball disappeared. I took off running screaming OMG! Looked back at my partner’s and they were all jumping up and down! One of the best days of my life! Never in a million years did I think that would actually happen to me!!

Hole in One

I'm 43 years old. I'm the GM at Russellville Country Club. I've been around golf my entire life. I made my first hole in one ever on Friday, May 8th 2026. Hole number 4 at RCC. That day the pin was in the front of the green. We could see the flag, but couldn't see the hole from the tee box. It was playing 158 with a pretty good head wind into us. I hit about a 3/4 eight iron. (I play T150s and a Pro V1 X left dash). We all felt like it was a good shot somewhere on the front of the green, but couldn't see it from the tee. We were in a pretty heated wolf game and I was picking on that hole. Didn't know it went in, so I went ahead and picked the next guy who had one in the middle of the green. We get down to the green and were looking around for my ball. One of my buddies yells, "there's one in the hole!" It was pretty exciting.

Hole in one

Yesterday, 5/12/2026, first hole in one! Happened at Cranston Country Club in Cranston RI. Hole #8, island green. Back pin playing 137, hit a pitching wedge and a Titleist Truefeel ( didn’t want to lose a Pro v in the water..lol). It was kind of dark and just saw the ball disappear. My playing group we were all wondering if it went in the hole or in the water. As approaching the green I knew it was in the hole. What a great feeling, walking up to the hole and seeing my Titleist ball in it. I shared a picture, of course I was prepared to drop one if the ball wasn’t in the hole so had my putter and wedge.. didn’t want to look too cocky that I just hit the best shot of my life!

Max Taylor Hole in One

I had some time off work and decided to play an afternoon nine at my local course -- Columbus Park in Chicago, Illinois. I was randomly paired with another golfer and we were enjoying a lovely afternoon. On the Par 3 8th hole, I took a 7-iron and was 176 yards from the pin.

I knew I had hit it well as soon as it came off the club. The sun was shining right over the green, so I lost the ball once I saw it hit the green and begin to roll. As we walked closer to the pin, I realized I couldn't see the ball. I figured it had rolled off the back. I ran up to the green and couldn't believe my eyes as I looked in the hole! My first ever hole-in-one!

Unbeknownst to me, my playing partner took a picture of my tee shot. I've included that and a few others. I was using a Pro V1 with the NBC logo on it. I work for NBC Sports here in Chicago.

First Hole in one - and on my birthday!

We were on vacation in California - played at Singing Hills in El Cajon on my birthday. First time playing there. We played the Willow Glen course. On the 18th tee, I shot my first hole in one - using a Titleist TruFeel red ball and a Titleist TSR1 7 hybrid. This particular hole is on an elevated tee-box so we were able to watch the ball the entire way into the hole. I am still in shock - I've only been playing about 5 years - since retiring. Here's hoping it's not my last :)

Been playing over 42 years. On May 12, 2026 playing at Dove Valley Ranch Golf Club, Cave Creek, Arizona. Hole number 6, Par 3, 134 yards, slight wind in our face, 9iron. Hole-in-One!! Very first one, now onto number two!! Hopefully it’s a lot sooner than the first one!! So excited beyond belief!

My First Hole-in-One happened today on My 27th Birthday!

Hey Team,

Today I experienced one of the coolest golf moments of my life, I made my very first hole-in-one on my 27th birthday at Indianwood Golf Course in South Florida.

It happened on Hole #13, a 175-yard par 3, using a cally 5-iron and a Titleist AVX ball.

What makes it even more meaningful is that I’ve only been playing golf for about 3 years, and I’m completely self-taught. I fell in love with the game almost immediately, and ever since then I’ve spent countless hours learning, practicing, and chasing moments like this.

The shot landed about a foot left of the flag and rolled toward the hole until I completely lost sight of it. Since I was playing solo, I couldn’t tell if it either dropped in or somehow rolled completely off the green.

I grabbed my phone and started recording as I drove up because I had a feeling something special had just happened.

Sure enough, the ball was sitting in the hole.

I’ve attached the video and a photo from the moment because it’s a memory I’ll probably never forget and some proof it actually happened. I also apologize in advance for the language in the video, the excitement completely took over once I realized it actually went in.

I know many golf companies celebrate milestones like hole-in-ones, so I wanted to reach out and share the story in case your team offers any recognition programs, memorabilia, certificates, or swag for accomplishments like this.

Either way, I’m just grateful for the experience and for a game that continues to challenge and reward me in ways I never expected.

It finally happened. Heritage Ranch Golf and Country Club near Dallas, hole #12 playing 160 yards. Hit a 6 iron about 5 feet left of pin, lands softly with nice roll to the right, ball disappears to be found in the hole!
