I just purchased the Phantom 11 too (38"). I'm a beginning golfer and had trouble squaring the club face for short 3' to 4' putts. Choked constantly! Well, not anymore. It's heavy but now all I do is let the weight of the club do most of the work on the forward stroke. It's difficult to NOT square the club face with the ball. It turned me from a horrible putter to an "OK" putter in a couple weeks.

LOVE this club, but I will catch hell when wife sees the bank statement next month.
