I got fit for a set of irons in early February by Brandon Cauldwell. After 30 years of matching my PW and GW to my set, I was surprised to hear him suggest playing only to the 9iron in the T100's and switch to the SM11s. After 4-5 shots at the fitting, I was sold. Went with the Jet Black - 44.10 F, 48.10 F, 54.08 M and 58.08 M. Having played 3-4 rounds with them, the full swing shots are great. Great turf interaction, the right amount of spin/bite and very accurate. The biggest change is that I know chip with the 54*. It has made a big difference so far. I love the SM11s so far.

I was fitted for my SM11's by Troy Ropiha. Thank you Troy for the insight and knowledge around my clubs and making sure I had the best outcome when using them.

Can confirm after playing a round today that the SM11 are a game changer and well worth buying them. The feel, control and outcome of them were next level. A few times I needed to get up and down and they didn’t disappoint. Only time i didn’t, I used my 52 instead of the trusty 56.
Highly recommended!

Love all three of my SM11 wedges, 50, 54 and 58…..custom fit is a must. The improvement in my short game was immediate.

I had a fitting for the Vokey SM11 wedges at northstone country club and I absolutely love the feel of the SM11 wedges. The weight on them is absolutely amazing as I love a heavy club. I definitely got more distance with the new wedges and would highly recommend them to anyone. The face seems very forgiving. Even if you catch it out on the toe or the heel just a bit, it still seems to fly close to the same distance.

I was able to do my fitting last week and for the first time I was able to do an outdoor fitting with Titleist. I loved the blind test and being able to give my feedback and listening to my fitter’s feedback. I was fitted with the 58 06/K and a 52 12/F. They arrived today and I can’t wait to hit the range tomorrow!

I had my fitting on February 6th with Pete Davis for 3 of my 4 SM11s and received them with 10 days. Super happy with the clubs and they have played great so far to play. I'll get fit for my 4th SM11 within the next couple of week and look forward to seeing Pete again for his professional input.

I second the recommendation of Matt. I also was fitted by Matt for 3 new SM 11’s. Matt did some small tweaks to my current wedges and I am extremely pleased with them. Wedge fittings are a must for those of us who want to improve in one of the most important areas of the game.

Yep, these beauties showed up a few days ago. I have already had several short game sessions at our practice area. The 56.14F is handling that sticky overseeded rye grass pretty well. Still able to open the face and hit the low spinner without the heal digging in. I also love the 52.08F for long pitch and run shots. My T250* LS is just too light for me on these touch shots. The 60.06K is an easy transition from my SM10 in the same grind with just a little more spin from new grooves on those shots. I’m going to try and get some bunker practice next week to see if I mainly stick with the 60 or start using the 56 a little more in our bunkers. I upgraded from SM10s and got my 11s two or three weeks ago. I was blessed to be fit for grind and bounce by the team and Bob himself at TPI Oceanside.

The look and feel are classic Vokey.

The biggest difference I am seeing are on my high face miss hits. The slight COI change has helped keep those from floating as much. Trajectories are a touch lower and distance dispersion is much improved for me. My SM10s might have a 10-15 yard difference in low face versus high face and I think the 11s have cut that number in half.

I am also experiencing the new groove phenomenon and am ripping my fuller wedges off the green, lol. I probably needed to replace the 10s a year ago but was holding out for these!

I went from a SM9 58* M grind to a 56* SM11 M grind. As it’s a newer wedge, I’m getting more spin and it’s a better fit for my current game. Have only played one round outside in wet conditions, but it performed well.

Although I really liked my fitter, the new computer deal with trackman recommended grinds I normally don't play, I have played 4 or 5 rounds with them now and I'm not very satisfied. I'm going back for a refit and likely won't use the wedge app deal... Used a 54d and 58m, the app recommended I got 54s and 58d, which I thought was kind of odd but I decided to try it. Not for me, hopefully others have had better experiences, but I'm glad I'm going back to get refit.

Just wrapped up my fitting at the TPI Oceanside event. Louis did a great job with me again today. We did SM10’s last fall during my T series iron fitting. We stayed the same in gap and lob but changed the sand from 56.10S to 56.14F. The gap still 52.08F but changed the shaft to match the graphite irons. The lob stayed at 60.06K. The technology changes in SM11 should give me a little better spin and consistency. Looking forward to putting them in play when they get here. I would have never picked the 56.14F without seeing the results from a proper fitting. Low chips, open faced spinners, and bunker shots were all better for me with this grind.

SM11 54° F Grind – Raw

I’ve been gaming a mix of older Vokeys SM6 (54°) and SM9 (48°). I’ll be honest, the early photos of the SM11 didn’t do much for me, so I hesitated. But my current wedges are getting close to retirement, so I decided to grab the 54° as a trial club before committing to a full setup.

I moved from an M grind in my 54° to the F grind, and the difference on longer approach shots has been significant. I tended to need more bounce on fuller swings, and the F grind delivers that. I wasn’t fit specifically for the SM11, but I had been fit for the SM10s recently enough to know my specs:
• 0.5° flat
• Project X 6.5
• +3 wraps

Flight is noticeably lower and more penetrating; a big plus for me as a naturally high ball hitter (for reference: 170 ball speed and 100’+ apex with driver). The 54° now produces a flatter, more forward window that holds its line well compared to a lot of mishit shots with my 54° M grind.

Feel-wise, the SM11 strikes a really nice balance - soft but still responsive. The raw finish (no plating) seems to enhance that sensation. Aesthetically and performance-wise, it would blend seamlessly with just about any iron set. I’ve hit the current Titleist lineup, and it would pair well with anything from a 620 MB to a T350.

This 54° is primarily a full-shot club for me, probably 85% of its use is approach shots inside the 80- 100 yard range. The F grind gives it a very iron-like turf interaction and adds some forgiveness when the strike isn’t perfect. It especially shines in that 50–75 yard “tweener” range — lower face contact keeps the flight down in a really controlled way. But for finesse shots that require and face manipulation are almost completely out of the picture.

I bought it as a test club, but it’s earned its spot. I fully expect to add a 50° and a 60° (likely M grind) to round out the setup and add some versatility around the greens.

Overall, I am very impressed.

Replaced my sand wedge and lob wedge (identical specs, 54S bent to 55 degrees, 1 degree flat, 60T 1 degree flat). Haven’t gotten enough rounds/ reps on my Vokey pitching wedge or gap wedge to replace just yet (though I wish I could)

They’re freshies so obviously they have a ton more spin. Biggest difference is the flight window (much lower with more spin which I love). Haven’t tested them too much out of the rough just yet, but fair to say that I can trust they’ll come out with enough spin and not too knuckly

Most important thing I think is to get fit into the right grind/ loft so you can trust the wedge to help your natural stroke. The tech continues to evolve with each subsequent generation!

I bought two SM11 wedges on 2/19/26, a 54 degree D12 and a 58 degree s10.
My prior wedges were SM10, a 54 08m and a 58 08m.
I switched because the SM10’s dug too much into the turf unless I opened the face a lot
The mist noticible difference was hitting the ball with a square face and the flight was lower and more controllable, especially with the 54.
The feel was nimble, closer to my T150 PW and less clunky than the SM10.
I was not fitted for these wedges, it’s been a long time since a Titleist fitter has come to Western North Carolina and I am leary of the employees at the one golf shop in town. So, I did the wedge slector, trying different variables and did a lot of research online.
In the one round that I’ve played the SM11’s, the most significant shot was hitting a chip across a big green to the pin. I was able to land it 2/3rds of the way to the hole and my ProV1 took one bounce and stopped 2 feet from the hole for an easy up and down. This is a shot that has frustrated me many times as I would either hit it thin or chunk the ball.
I think the improved flight will help me shave strokes and lower my strokes gained on my short game.

I’m a long time Vokey wedge player and my friends are amazed for a 12.7 index how I spin/control the ball on my approach shots. I have tried other wedges and none compare to Vokey.

I had an outstanding fitting experience with Austin Clarke (from Titleist) at South Hills CC in Pittsburgh, Pa on October 24, 2025. I currently have the SM10’s and upgrade every two years when the new SM wedges come out. Austin did not have the SM11’s at that time; so he fitted me with my SM10’s along with his demo SM10’s. I currently have 50.12F; 54.12D; 58.14K each 1/2 inch short and 2 degrees flat. This is the first time someone from Titleist fitted me for my wedges.

After the fitting Austin suggested keeping my 50 & 54 the same and changing my 58 to 58.10S with the suggestion to use my 54 in the sand in lieu of my 58 and that my 58 with less bounce and the S grind will be for more workable shots around the greens. Austin also suggested changing all 3 wedges from 2 degrees flat to 3 degrees flat.

I agreed with suggestions and Austin ordered my wedges when they became available in January and they were delivered to my Pro Shop two weeks later (see photo). Can’t wait for the weather to break in Pittsburgh to swing them!!! My first was the limited edition SM10 64 degree. It felt so solid, like I could do anything. Picked up my second, this SM11 56S for harder turf. The thing is, I feel better about making proper contact and taking the right divot with this even in soft conditions. I'm in the PNW, so it's almost always soft here. Time will tell, but I feel very good about these two pickups and confidence is probably the most important part of wedge play.

I did my fitting here in LA (Lower Alabama) on 2/4 and received my order on 2/10 - 52.08F and 56.08M, both 1* weak - and immediately put them into play that day. Blake Miller did a wonderful job of helping me dial in what I was wanting/expecting and fully explaining cause/effect of the different options of both bounce and lie.

Getting new wedges is always a good thing and I could tell right away the benefit of increased spin and control. With that said, now over the next month or so comes the practice time to really dial them in, something I'm really looking forward to.

I got fitted recently for a new 50, 54, & 58 by Matt at Cantigny in Illinois and so far so good on my home sim and indoor league I play throught these brutal Midwest winters - I continue to be impressed by the improved feel and workabilty of these wedges each release. Looking forward to warmer weather when I can get out on the course and see these rip on the greens!

I finally upgrade from SM8's to the new SM11 line. The feel around the greens is still superb - it's amazing what fresh grooves can do. I have seen a big upgrade in the half wedge shots that I normally hit - I like to play lower trajectory shots with my 50* and 54* that hit and stop. The ball flight I'm seeing thus far with the SM11 wedges is exactly what I wanted. I switched up grind/bounce options on my 54 this time around for more versatility around the greens (54.10S to 54.08M) and I've been very happy thus far. Importantly, I've seen no drop off in contact/turf interaction on full swings with this club, as well.
