The 2* flat is not the problem. It's your swing. I have a very steep swing and I play 2* flat n all my clubs. You need to stick with those and build a swing that is good and works for those irons.
I was playing in the Pinehurst Intercollegiate at Pinehurst #6. I got to hole 7, my 16th hole, which was a par 3. It was playing 175 yards. I stepped up to the tee, and hit a 7 iron. The ball was cutting at the hole so I figured it would be inside 5 feet…
The launch angle difference isn't significant enough to change distance but maybe spin on the greens. The launch angle with irons is a tad higher and with a little less spin so the ball will have a softer landing than the PROV1.
Had to have it bent, you can only order it 2* flat. It is supposed to be 71* standard but the one I got was actually 71.5* that I had to have bent to 67*. I had been told previously that you couldn't go that far with a Scotty, by a golf shop guy and on…
We use a .335 parallel tipped shaft
Shaft issue will not help here. PX is a lower spin shaft than DG, you might want to consider reshafting with KBS Hi-rev, KBS Wedge S flex or the DG spinner shaft.
