My favorite memory: Having 215 yards to get home on a par 5, I hit the stick on the fly and the ball ricocheted into the water. Tried again, exact same shot. Stuck to two feet. I love my 4-iron. Very Roy McAvoy-like. Best par EVER.
Seeing the king at Latrobe CC with my dad, a trip I got him for Father's Day. I also saw him use a foot wedge (which I don't think Mr. Vokey makes). Great trip.
Cool idea with sweepstakes...
My favorite memory of this summer was at a company golf outing where I carded my first birdie, drove my first par four green, and hit my first 300+ yard drive all during the same round.
Playing in late November
Favorite memory of 2011 season was getting to test out the new equipment at a team Titleist event at eagles nest. Great time and was awesome to see the equipment before most of the golf community.
The day I got my new Titleist MB irons. Best feeling and best looking club available. Classic!
This has been my "summer of Golf" as I have played more full rounds than any other summer and on a greater variety of courses. My best memory though came when I shot 2 under for my lowest round ever.
My favorite moment had to be my first Birdie on a par 3 at Olde Homestead Golf Course in New Tripoli, PA. Tee shot over a cliff onto the green at the base. I landed in the sand behind the green and made the best sand-save of my life!
