  1. Does anyone know what determines which weight screw goes into the bottom rear weight port?  The website shows 3 different weight screws.   Is it user changable, and under what conditions would someone need to use one that is lighter or heavier, and what impact would it have on club characteristics?

They put different weight screws in depending on which shaft you put in and also the length of the shaft.  Heavier or lighter shafts will need different weight scews to keep the swingweight of the club in the proper playable area.

  3. Thanks Nick.   I'm going to put a Fubuki Alpha stiff 63 gram into a 909D2 that previously had a Diamana Blue "by Titleist" in it - any idea if I will need a different weight.  Once I get it in and before I cut the shaft to length, I'm going to put a temporary grip on it and hit it in front of a high speed video camera to ensure that at impact the shaft is straight or the clubhead is just slightly ahead of where the grip is pointing to make sure it is kicking at the proper spot  (just in case I need to tip it since I am exactly between a stiff and X  (105MPH)).

I would think they are close enough together where you would not have to worry about it.  If you test it before cutting it to length it will perform differently due to the flex being different.
