  1. Hello, I’m fairly new to golf but have been whacking a golf club on and off since I was a kid. I’m using a beautiful set of 710 MB’s to learn my swing and compress the ball in the bad yard, driving range and pitch and put, which I love but I neither have the confidence or ability to play a full game with blades so any suggestions on a Titleist set of irons for a newish player who has already started to find some compression with an MB Thank you

Success (as best one can describe with golf) involves dispersion pattern, distance, and launch/landing angle. MB irons are the least forgiving both for heal//toe strikes and how high/low on the face. Any club will be optimal compressing the ball correctly. That is not a feature of just MB.

The T350 is the most forgiving. Best you find a coach/instructor to check your mechanics and observe your ball striking. Based on how well you do (or don’t) finding the center of the face, that person can suggest a T series iron suitable to your current ability, if you aren’t getting optimal results with the MB’s. It is uncommon in beginning golfers, but still possible. More common in general is to start with T350/T200.
