I an playing TM Rac OS graphite shaft irons that are 22 years old. It has been recommended that I get an iron set that has senior weight graphite shafts. What would be recommended?

Ready? Here it comes. Find a Titleist sponsored fitter to match your swing to the best forgiving option and a suitable shaft. If you need graphite the shafts come in weights from 40 g to 80 g. Based on your ball striking skill, we can’t even recommend a T-series 350/200/150 other than to share an opinion.
There was a day when you bought your current gamers that steel was over 100 g and graphite was definitely lighter and softer for the old among us. Now there are graphite shafts for every occasion. Bryson uses graphite shafts with ball speeds approaching 200 mph. Your question does not have a simple answer you can get from all of us hackers with wildly different skills and swing speeds.
