For the last year or so, you can go to MyTPI to find a certified instructor in your area to do your assessment. Likely you will get recommendations for exercises/stretches to improve you. Getting fit the same day negates the assessment. You’d have the same limitations as you had the day before.

The TPI site in Oceanside, CA no longer schedules mere mortals for physical assessments. It is possible to get on the schedule for a pro level fitting. There are also Titleist sponsored fitters that rotate through local clubs that have the next best equipment options to TPI or Manchester Lane. They are on this site under Fittings.

6 years ago there was only 1 instructor in my area. Now, there are more than a half dozen. All TPI certified with certifications for golf, youth, and/or medical in Madison, WI. After braking multiple ribs falling on ice over the winter, I found the medical certified instructor as useful the golf instructor I used next.
