Changing Iron Shafts

    Anyone tried to change shafts out of the 2025 Vapor black irons? I don't love the shafts I have in mine and want to change them out but I am not sure if the heat needed will affect the black appearance.

    The way I would do it is:
    - use a shaft puller
    - heat the hosel using a heat gun air model, not a butane or direct flame or fire.
    - protect the finish of head with a gel is the finish is to sensitive.
    - do not over heat the hosel (not always heat one section of hosel) just heat it enough to crack the epoxy

    Combined with the puller in place to make tension, with this method, a minimal heat will crack epoxy.
