Missing 7 Iron

    I recently ordered some new t350 irons through golf tec out here in GA. I placed the order on July 6th, received all clubs except for my 7 iron on July 27th. Golf rec told me “it didn’t pass inspection.” I’d like to see if anyone has any insight into when I could expect the 7 iron. —Everything is pretty stock except for the the MCC plus4 golf pride grip. —I’ve got a buddy’s trip to the RTJ trail over Labor Day and don’t want to be missing a (brand new)club, lol!

    GolfTec like Club Champion are one of the few places that get to assemble Titleist clubs themselves. Other retailers have to allow Titleist to build the sets. Titleist would never release a set with a missing iron. You probably will want to camp out at your GolfTec and get more info on what they did to create this problem.

    I think GolfTec orders assembled clubs from Titleist. They can contact Titleist for an update. I ordered my T350 (Gen 4 new release) through an authorized Titleist fitter. Titleist put my 6-48 set on the loading dock in 4 business days. If they were selling you the T350 gen 3 irons from their inventory, there could be a shortage of those heads.

    If they do final assembly like Club Champion, etc. then that would be an internal problem and they need to tell you what they are doing to resolve it. Either way, you should get a definitive resolution date.
