I’ve been playing my 620CBs for a few years now - I’m a low handicap but not a very good ball striker (working on it). I’ve never played anything but forged irons since childhood.

With that said, I can’t help but think a little more forgiveness might help. For those of you that have played both - what did you notice most going from one to the other? Feel? Forgiveness? Height?

I am actually doing the opposite. I have a blended set of T100 PW-7, T150 6, T250 3-5 irons. I was once was a 2 handicap and working to get back there. What I have found with the 250's is an issue of distance control, for example on a par 4 lay up hole I hit my 4 iron 230 yards off the tee. I normally would hit a 4 iron about 210. Now for the T100's. I really like them. Nice distance control and not super punishing on mishits. Here is the problem. My son games the 620 mb's and after hitting his a few times I am making the switch. The feel is amazing, I love the turf interaction and the ball flight is much more flighted and controlled. I feel like moving forward these are the tools I need. So, should you switch to the 100's? Go hit some if possible and just see for yourself. They are fantastic clubs but they don't have that buttery feel of the 620 mb's. FYI I am planning on keeping my blended set and if I go back to them I will replace the 250's with the 100's. The 250's are super long and easy to hit but I can't trust they won't go 10-15 yards too far on any given swing when I flush it.
