    I started out using stiff flex irons now at 70 years old I'm down to Ladies flex and and I can still bang I'm down the middle with no ego to get in my way.. Just wondering what you older guys are gaming?

    At 75, lost yardage even with lighter combinations. Still enjoying playing, keeping up pace of play but not disappointed with the score. It is what it is.

    I put myself in the "older" section of the age spectrum and I'm still stiff shafts. Here's a question, since my joints are stiffer, does that make my shafts x-stiff

    Am 79, went to regular in past three years at advice of fitter. Started with irons and just completed my bag last year with woods/metals. Much easier to hit. Finally let go of the ego, found out it was easier to hit a regular club or truly listened to my fitter. Pick one. Will see when I return in the spring.
