  1. Question for the knowledgeable fitters on here please How will the bounce be affected if I bend my 46* two degrees stronger as I have a gap between 9 iron and 46* Thanks

Bounce changes 1 degree for every degree of loft bent. 46-44 will reduce 2 degrees of bounce

If the 46 is a true wedge, the set PW is another alternative

It will lower bounce by 2*
  4. Yes, bending the loft on wedges does affect the bounce angle. Increasing the loft will typically increase the bounce by the same amount, while decreasing the loft will typically decrease the bounce accordingly.

It is always best order desired loft directly from Titleist/Vokey or take clubs to a professional.

If you are going stronger from 46.10 it will be 44.08, you will lose 2 degrees of bounce.
  6. Making a wedge 2 degrees stronger (reducing its loft) decreases the bounce by 2 degrees, because loft and bounce change in a direct 1:1 ratio when bending a club. This makes the leading edge sit lower to the ground, which is great for firm turf and tight lies but can cause digging in softer conditions.

Would not recommend going more than 2 degrees in either direction.

You'll end up with 2 degrees less bounce.
