I keep mine in the back with my woods. I use a tube with a stuffed bottom which keeps my putter covers perfect for years.

I'm with Alex on this one. Putter at the top for me too.
  4. I usually find a bag that has a separate compartment for a putter, but since I switched to a mid size Scotty grip, it does not fit anymore. I am using a competitor's cart bag now that has an oversized compartment in the front of the bag. My putter goes there. It is very accessible when I am either riding or walking.

I have the Hybrid 4 bag, I keep 4 wedges in the bottom slot, 6-9 in one side, 4-5 and putter on the other side with Driver, 3W and Hybrid in the top slot. Seems to balance well that way.

In its putter slot on my cart bag.

If you're a member at a club with bag storage, do you leave your putter and clubs or there or do you take your putter home, or entire bag home?

I got an old Titleist bag with a 4 way top. My Driver, Fairway, and Scotty all go in the top pocket. I can turn it sideways and it's almost totally in the bag, so it's protected.
  11. My bag has a putter slot in it.
  12. I have a cally Org 14 Bag. It has a dedicated putter slot so that it does not clatter or bang around with the irons. When I use a carry bag like my Titleist Dry carry bag. I will put it on the top slot with my woods so that it will not hit any irons when the bag is lifted on my shoulders.

I put in on the top of the bag along with my driver; it minimize the chance of hitting against irons.
  14. I keep mine with the woods, I have always put it there. Back when I started playing golf hybrids didn’t exist, I carried driver, 3w, 2-pw, 56, 60 and putter. The png hoofer I carried had 4 slots. 1) driver, 3w, putter 2) 2-5 irons 3) 6-9 irons 4) PW, SW, LW

Putter well of my C-130 cart bag. It is joined by my driver when I'm using my pushcart as the access is easy.
